1. Acceptance of Terms

  1. By purchasing, using, or installing any Axle Anchor product (“Product”), the purchaser and/or user (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. These Terms apply to all sales channels, including but not limited to:

    • Direct website purchases
    • Authorized dealers
    • Third-party platforms (eBay, TikTok Shop, etc.)

    3. 2. Intended Use

    The Product is designed solely for securing motorcycles during transport.

    Customer acknowledges and agrees:

    • The Product must be used only for its intended purpose
    • The Product is intended to be used as a complete system (front and rear set)
    • Use of a front wheel chock is highly recommended
    • The Product is designed for use with standard OEM motorcycle equipment only

    4. Any use outside of these conditions is considered misuse.

    3. Installation and Use Requirements

    Customer agrees that:

    • Proper installation is required for safe operation
    • The Product must be inspected prior to each use
    • All straps, anchors, and connections must be properly secured
    • Over-tightening, under-tightening, or improper strap angles may result in failure

    5. Failure to follow instructions constitutes misuse and voids any applicable warranty or claim.

    4. Assumption of Risk

    Customer understands that motorcycle transport involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

    • Movement during transport
    • Equipment failure
    • Improper loading or securing

    6. By using the Product, Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its use.

    5. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    Axle Anchor LLC shall not be liable for:

    • Damage to motorcycles, vehicles, trailers, or other property
    • Personal injury or death
    • Loss of use, loss of income, or any consequential damages

    7. Total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product.

    6. No Guarantee of Performance

    The Product is designed to improve stability and reduce risk; however:

    Axle Anchor LLC does not guarantee:

    • Prevention of damage
    • Performance under all transport conditions

    8. Safe transport depends on:

    • Proper use
    • Correct installation
    • External conditions beyond Company control

    9. 7. Warranty

    • 1. Limited Warranty Coverage

    • Axle Anchor LLC warrants that its products are:

      • Free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

      For a period of:

      60 days from date of purchase

      2. What This Warranty Covers

      This warranty applies only to:

      • Manufacturing defects
      • Material failures under proper use

      • 3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

      This warranty does NOT cover:

      • Improper installation
      • Misuse or abuse
      • Over-tightening or incorrect tensioning
      • Use outside intended purpose
      • Use with non-OEM or modified equipment
      • Cosmetic wear or normal wear and tear

      • 4. Conditions of Use

      To be eligible for warranty:

      Customer must:

      • Use Product as intended
      • Use as a front and rear system
      • Follow all instructions
      • Inspect before use

      • Failure to meet these conditions voids warranty.


      5. Exclusive Remedy

      If a defect is confirmed:

      Company will, at its sole discretion:

      • Replace the product, OR
      • Issue a refund equal to the purchase price

      • 6. Limitation of Liability

      Under no circumstances shall Axle Anchor LLC be liable for:

      • Damage to motorcycles or property
      • Personal injury
      • Loss of use or transport failure

      • Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.


      7. No Other Warranties

      This is the only warranty provided.

      All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed, including:

      • Merchantability
      • Fitness for a particular purpose

      • 8. Claim Process

      To file a claim:

      Customer must:

      • Provide proof of purchase
      • Submit description and photos of issue

      • Company reserves the right to:

    • Inspect product
    • Deny claims that do not meet criteria 

    10. 8. Returns and Refunds

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
    • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

    • Customer is responsible for:

      • Return shipping costs
      • Any applicable taxes and duties

    11. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Axle Anchor LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

    9. Shipping and Risk of Loss

    • Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier

    • Axle Anchor LLC is not responsible for:

      • Carrier delays
      • Lost or damaged shipments

    12. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier when applicable.

    10. Dealer and Third-Party Sales

    Products sold through authorized dealers or third-party platforms are subject to these Terms in addition to any applicable platform policies.

    In the event of conflict:

    • Platform policies govern transaction mechanics
    • These Terms govern product use, liability, and risk

    13. 11. Indemnification

    Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Axle Anchor LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

    • Improper use or installation
    • Use outside intended purpose
    • Modification of the Product
    • Failure to follow instructions

    14. 12. Compliance with Laws

    Customer is responsible for ensuring that use of the Product complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

    13. International Sales

    For international orders:

    • Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees
    • Customer assumes responsibility for compliance with local regulations

    15. 14. Intellectual Property

    All product designs, trademarks, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Axle Anchor LLC.

    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.

    16. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    17. Modifications

    Axle Anchor LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
